If you sign up for the Service on behalf of a business entity, we may ask you for information about your business. When you register with us, your name and any other information you select will be added to your public profile, which will be available for public viewing on the Service. You can reduce the risk of being personally identified by using the Service pseudonymously, though doing so could detract from the credibility of your content contributions to the Service.

You may also choose to provide us with your mobile phone number if you wish to submit or discover Content via text message when we offer that feature. We may use your email address to send you Service-related notices (including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail). You can control receipt of certain Service-related messages on your Settings page. We may also use your contact information to send you marketing email messages. If you use your Facebook, Twitter, or other social networking site ("SNS") account information to sign in to the Service, we will collect and store your SNS user ID. If you connect your DeciZone account with your SNS account (such as to enable posting from DeciZone), we ask for your consent to collect certain information from your SNS account (such as information from your SNS profile, your contacts, and other information).

Information you provide When you communicate with us

If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address, and the communications.

Information in the Content You Voluntarily Submit

Your questions, flowcharts, comments, ratings, and other contributions on the Service, and metadata about them (such as when you posted them), may be publicly viewable on the Service, along with your name, unless you explicitly mark your Content as private. This information may be searched by search engines and may be re-published elsewhere on the internet in accordance with our Terms.

In addition, answers to decision questions within flowcharts may contain personal information, either on their own or in combination with other answers. By filling out a flowchart input text box you agree to provide us with such personal information and permit us to forward such personal information to the person, database or email address set up to receive such emails for that flowchart.

Information We Collect From Cookies:

(Copied from our Cookies-Policy found here.)

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website, mobile app or use an online platform. Cookies are widely used by online service providers to facilitate and help to make the interaction between users and websites, mobile apps and online platforms faster and easier, as well as to provide reporting information. For more information about cookies and their impact on you and your browsing visit

Cookies set by the website and/or mobile app and/or platform owner (in this case, DeciZone) are called "first party cookies". Cookies set by parties other than the website and/or mobile app and/or platform owner are called "third party cookies". Third party cookies enable third party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website and/or mobile app and/or platform (e.g. like advertising, interactive content and analytics). Third parties that set these third party cookies can recognize your computer or device both when it visits the website and/or mobile app and/or platform in question and also when it visits certain other websites and/or mobile apps and/or platforms. By choosing to use our website after having been notified of our use of cookies in the ways described in this Privacy Policy, and, in applicable jurisdictions, through notice and unambiguous acknowledgement of your consent, you agree to such use.

When you use the Service, we may use persistent and session cookies and other tracking technologies to: (a) store your username and password for your convenience and security; (b) analyze usage and Content to improve the Service; (c) customize the Service to your preferences and Content to make your experience more enjoyable; and (d) control the advertising displayed by the Service to make the advertising more relevant to you.

A persistent cookie remains on your computer after you close your browser so that it can be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Service. This allows us to improve your login process by remembering your username and/or password if you request that we remember that information. If you wish to remove persistent cookies, please visit the settings of your web browser. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser or device to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

We use first party and third party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our Websites and/or App and/or platform to operate, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. Because these cookies are strictly necessary to deliver the Websites and the Services to you, you cannot refuse them.

Other cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Websites and/or App and/or platform. Third parties serve cookies through our Websites and/or App and/or platform for analytics and other purposes.

We may with your consent allow third parties to serve advertisements on the Service and on third-party services. We use Google Analytics to measure and evaluate access to and traffic on the Site, create user navigation reports and provide content sharing services to support the Service. Google operates independently from us and has its own privacy policy, which we strongly suggest you review. Google may use the information collected through Google Analytics to evaluate Users' and Visitors’ activity on our Site. For more information, see Google Analytics Privacy and Data Sharing. For Google Analytics’ privacy policy, visit You may opt out from the collection of navigation information about your visit to the Site by Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out feature.

Other Tracking Technologies:

We and our third party partners may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons, pixels (or “clear gifs”) and other tracking technologies. These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enable us to recognize when someone has visited our Websites or, in the case of web beacons, opened an e-mail that we have sent them. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within our Websites to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to our Websites from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to serve targeted advertisements to you and others like you, to improve site performance, and to measure the success of marketing campaigns. While you may not have the ability to specifically reject or disable these tracking technologies, in many instances, these technologies are reliant on cookies to function properly; accordingly, in those instances, declining cookies will impair functioning of these technologies.
